Expert technical assistance. We provide an onsite audio technician who will: · travel to your location, bringing all the necessary recording equipment · mike the participants appropriately to ensure the best audio capture · note the names of the speakers and other important event details · record your event live on hard disk, with back-up copies on other media · (note we are not a PA company: where a PA system is in place, the technician will normally record from a line out)
Event logging: The technician attending your event will log the event live, noting speaker changes and other milestones to assist transcription.
Reliable back-up: All recording is made primarily to hard disk with at least two other recording devices simultaneously running to ensure your event is captured reliably.
UK-wide coverage: Travel within a 40-mile radius of our location is included in the price. Beyond 40 miles, a mileage charge will normally apply. Please see our Guidelines for more information.
